Monday 4-29: Tri at Delano. First match against Coon Rapids 2:30pm. Bus leaves at 1pm, early release at 12:45pm. 

Tuesday 4-30: Match against Chanhassen, Varsity Home (4:15pm) and JV away. The bus leaves at 3:20pm  

Wednesday 5-1:  Regular practice from 3:20pm-5:00pm

Thursday 5-2: Senior night! Both JV and Varsity home against Benilde St. Margaret 4:15pm.

Friday 5-3: Team Weightlifting 6:55 am-7:30 am at the High school weight room.  Regular practice from 3:20pm-5:00pm

Each 9th-12th grade WHS student is eligible to try out for a spot on one of three tennis teams in our program. We have the following levels of play: Varsity, JV, B. We do not cut at any level so all are welcome. 

Additionally, all players must complete the registration process through our school activities website, have an updated sports physical, and be cleared to play in order to be allowed to participate in tryouts. Please have these items completed at least one week prior to our first day of tryouts to allow any necessary communication to ensure your eligibility. 

*Waconia High School Tennis does have a "Middle School Advancement Policy" for current 7th and 8th grade students who believe they could compete to play on our Varsity team. Please read the policy carefully and contact Coach Bessire if you believe you meet each qualification.
